Deepa Vyas, D.M.D., M.S.
Dr. Deepa Vyas, or as she prefers to be called Dr. Deepa, is originally from Texas, but her family and husband's career brought her to Colorado. She graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Biochemistry. She then served in the national service program AmeriCorps, which is where she met her husband Brandon. When her national service ended, she moved to the east coast and attended the prestigious Boston University School of Dental Medicine. After graduating valedictorian of her class, she was immediately admitted to an orthodontic residency at West Virginia University where she received a Master's in Orthodontics.
Dr. Deepa enjoys working with patients of all ages and is well versed in treating patients with interdisciplinary, orthognathic, phase I, phase II, as well as limited and adult treatment needs. Dr. Deepa is Board Certified, and a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association. Her research has been published in the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics. She has completed research on the effects of obstructive sleep apnea and she continues to consider the effects of this syndrome when making the best treatment decision for her patients.
Dr. Deepa and her husband enjoy spending time with their baby girl, Karina, and their two rescue beagles Teddy and Franklin. She also enjoys hiking, biking, cooking, and traveling with her husband.
